What's the catch?
There isn't one. We are new in Biggleswade and we want five local sites we can show people, so we have priced the first five to make that happen quickly. In return we list the finished site in our portfolio and ask for a short review if you are happy with the work. You can say no to both and still have the site. Nothing is cut from the build to pay for the discount.
What counts as a Biggleswade business?
A business trading in the town. That covers a shop or office in Biggleswade, a sole trader or tradesperson working from a Biggleswade address, and a business based just outside whose customers are mainly here. Being registered elsewhere is fine as long as the work happens in Biggleswade. If you are borderline, send us a message and we will give you a yes or no before you go any further.
How long does it take?
A Starter site is live within 5 working days of us having your content. A Business site takes around 10 working days. Professional builds vary with scope and you get a firm timeline in writing with your quote. The clock starts when your content arrives, not when you pay, so the thing that decides your launch date is how quickly you send us photos and details.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo if you have one, any photos you want used, and a rough idea of your services and prices. Bullet points in an email are fine. We write the copy from what you send and you approve it before it goes live. If you have no logo, the Logo & Brand Starter add-on is £149. If you want keyword-researched copy rather than the copy we write as standard, SEO copywriting is from £49 a page.
Is hosting included?
For a period, yes, and the offer does not change it: 3 months on Starter, 6 on Business, 12 on Professional. The first year of your domain is included too. After the included period, hosting continues on a care plan from £29 a month, which also covers monitoring, security and content changes, or on hosting alone at £15 a month or £149 a year. We give you 30 days notice before the included period ends and nothing is ever switched off without warning.
What happens after launch?
The site is yours, including the code and the domain. There is no contract to sign and nothing you are locked into. Most clients take a care plan from £29 a month so changes, updates and monitoring are handled for them, but it is optional and you can decide after launch rather than before. If you would rather take the files elsewhere, we hand them over and transfer the domain.
Can I pay in stages?
Yes, and it works the same as it always does: 50% to start, 50% on launch. At the offer price that is £112.50 up front on a Starter and £112.50 when it goes live. The deposit is what holds your spot. If you need the payments split differently, ask when you enquire and we will sort something out before any work begins.

Offer terms

What the discount applies to. 50% off the one-off build price of a Starter, Business or Professional website. Offer prices are rounded up to the nearest pound.

Who it is for. Businesses trading in Biggleswade. Five in total, one per business.

How a spot is held. Enquiring does not reserve one. A spot is held when the 50% deposit is paid, and the counter on this page only comes down when that happens.

What is not discounted. Add-ons, care plans, SEO packages, domain renewals and any third-party subscription are charged at the standard rate.

Hosting and domain. Unchanged by the offer. Hosting is included for 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the package, and the first year of your domain is included. Both continue at the standard rate afterwards.

What we ask in return. To list the finished site in our portfolio, and a short review if you are happy with the work. Decline either and the price stands.

Payment. 50% to start, 50% on launch, as standard.

Ownership. You own your domain and your website. If you ever leave, we hand over the files and transfer the domain. No lock-in.

Revisions and delivery. Revision rounds must be used within 14 days of delivery. The build clock starts once you have sent your content, photos and logo.

Professional builds. Online shops are built on Shopify, with a subscription from £19/month paid directly to Shopify. Projects hosted on third-party platforms may incur a hosting fee, confirmed at quote stage.

Everything else. The full standard package terms apply.

Withdrawal. We may end the offer at any time. Anything already agreed in writing is honoured at the agreed price.
