Which service do I actually need?
If you have no website, or one you are embarrassed by, start with a build. If you have a decent site that keeps going out of date, take a care plan. If you have a decent site that nobody finds, take an SEO package. Tell us the situation and we'll point you at the right one, including telling you when the answer is none of them.
What does a website actually cost to run?
Every build includes your domain for the first year and hosting for the first few months: 3 on Starter, 6 on Business, 12 on Professional. After that it is either a care plan from £29 a month, which bundles hosting with monitoring, security and content changes, or hosting on its own at £15 a month or £149 a year. Your domain renews from £25 a year. That is the lot, with no platform subscription unless you are selling online through Shopify.
What if I need something that's not in a package?
No problem. We offer one off add-ons for common extras, and for anything more bespoke we'll have a quick conversation and give you a fixed quote. No hourly rates, no open-ended bills. Just an agreed price before we start anything.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. We're based in the UK but work with businesses anywhere. All communication can be handled online, so location is never a problem.
