Response times are measured during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Requests received outside of these hours are picked up the next business day. Unused tweaks and refreshes do not roll over to the following month.

You email what you want changed
Send it however suits you: typed out, a photo of a new menu, a scribbled note. If it is clear enough for a person to understand, it is clear enough for us.

We confirm what it counts as
You get a reply confirming whether it is a tweak or a refresh and when it will be done. If the request would go past what your plan includes, we say so before doing the work, never after.

It goes live and you get a link
Changes are made on the live site and checked on mobile before we call it done. You get a short reply with a link to the updated page so you can see it for yourself.

Being straight about the edges is cheaper for everyone than an awkward conversation later.

Care plan questions
What counts as a content tweak?
A focused set of like-for-like changes made in one session: updated prices, swapped images, edited opening hours, a new staff name. Send five small changes in one email and that is one tweak, not five. A content refresh is bigger: rewriting a service page, rebuilding a menu, replacing a whole homepage section.
Do you cover websites you didn't build?
Care plans cover sites built and hosted by SabByte. Maintaining someone else's WordPress install means inheriting decisions we cannot see, and we would rather not charge you for guesswork. Send us your current site and we'll audit it for free, then quote to rebuild it. Once it is live the same care plans apply.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes. Plans are monthly rolling with no contract and no notice period. Cancel any time and cover stops at the end of the month you have already paid for. The website stays yours either way: move down to hosting only at £15 a month to keep it live as it is, or take the files and host it wherever you like. You can restart a plan later without a setup fee.
What happens if my website goes down?
Every plan includes uptime monitoring, so we are usually alerted before you notice. Static sites like ours rarely go down at all. The realistic causes are an expired domain or a DNS change made elsewhere, and both are things we watch for and can fix quickly.
Is hosting included in a care plan?
Yes. Hosting, SSL and monitoring are bundled into every plan and never billed on top. Every build comes with hosting included for the first few months, 3 on Starter, 6 on Business and 12 on Professional, and a care plan is what it rolls onto after that. If you only want the site kept live and do not need content changes, hosting on its own is £15 a month or £149 a year.
Do I need a care plan if my site is brand new?
No. A care plan is never a condition of the build and a brand new site will not need much attention for the first few months. Most clients start one when they notice they keep meaning to change something and never get round to it. Start whenever that happens, not before.
What if I need more changes than my plan includes?
We tell you before doing the work, not after. You can move up a plan for that month or pay for the extra work at an agreed fixed price. Nothing is billed by the hour and nothing is charged without your say-so. If it keeps happening we will suggest the plan that actually fits.
